Overview

Define your questions and models

Depending upon what you are evaluating you can define the questions to ask your Team. You can freely group the questions in the different dimensions, that represent the different angles of the evaluation process you are defining. Each question has 5 possible answers, with a score from 1 to 5.

Once you have defined the questions you can choose the weights to use to combine the answers to the questions to get a single score for each dimension.
